Jessi Is a Friend to Everyone. Almost daily, comments pour in about Jessi’s warmth, friendliness, and Hamptonality. Guests go out of their way to tell management how she made them feel at home. Jessi connects with each guest to make them feel like an old friend, even if it’s their first time in the hotel.

When she learned guests were celebrating their anniversary, Jessi surprised them with roses, cider, and a thoughtful note. A family stayed in the hotel after losing their son. Jessi comforted them by helping set up meals and the memorial service, and even getting the team to sign a sympathy card.
